Chocolate Mice

Chocolate Mice



  • Cherry's with stems
  • Kisses
  • Cookies
  • Icing (For glueing on eyes and making the nose)
  • Sprinkles (For eyes)
  • 1 12oz bag chocolate chips (Melted)
  • Slivered almonds (for ears)

Prepare a table in a cool place, by laying wax paper down. Melt chocolate chips in a double broiler. Dip cherry's in chocolate, and place one on each cookie. Tilt it a little so the stem of the cherry is pointing out at an angle. While the chocolate is still hot, stick a kiss on the front of the cherry, for form the face of the mouse. Take two almond slivers and stick in between the kiss and the cherry to form the ears. Let stand until the chocolate hardens.
Use little dots of icing as glue to stick on sprinkles as eyes, and put one dot of icing on the tip of the kiss as the nose.
